The Walk-In Help Desk, located on O'Neill 3rd floor,Ìýprovides assistance to users needing technology help with their computer's software, networking, virus removal, computer rebuild/reimage, and other such issues.

Technology Consultants

TCs are assigned to buildings or groups of departments, allowing them to develop relationships with faculty & staff in their area, while reporting to a central management team.
